Dr. Ekhlassi is a board-certified dermatologist, born and raised in Houston, Texas. He went to college at the University of Texas in Austin, where he studied microbiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston in 2016, before completing his residency training as a Chief Resident in dermatology at the University of South Florida.?Following residency, Dr. Ekhlassi had the privilege of working at Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston, Massachusetts. While in Boston, he had the opportunity to work with a large population of patients with poor health care access. He has a particular interest in the care of medically complex cases as well as skin cancer screening and cutaneous surgery. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
