Clear Choice Dermatology Announces New Port Angeles Clinic Opening January 2025

PORT ANGELES, Wash. (December 2025) – Clear Choice Dermatology is excited to announce the opening of its newest location in Port Angeles, located at 602 E Front St, Port Angeles, WA 98362. The new clinic, which begins seeing patients in January 2025, expands access to high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care for individuals and families on the Olympic Peninsula. 

The Port Angeles location will feature a distinguished team of providers offering a full spectrum of advanced dermatological and surgical services.

The Port Angeles team includes:

• Jigar Patel, MD - Board Certified Dermatologist & Fellowship Trained Mohs Surgeon
• Omer Ozerdem, MD – Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
• Sophia Felder, FNP-C – Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
• Tristan Roy, PA-C – Dermatology Physician Assistant

Services offered at this location include:

• Medical Dermatology: Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the hair, skin, and nails.
• Surgical Dermatology: Mohs surgery and excisions for skin cancer and other concerns.
• Superficial Radiation Therapy (SRT): A non-invasive treatment option for skin cancer.
• Light Therapy: Effective treatment for psoriasis, eczema, and other inflammatory skin conditions.
• Photodynamic Therapy (PDT): Targeted therapy for precancerous and sun-damaged skin.
