Dr. McKay graduated with her medical degree from the prestigious University of the West Indies Faculty of Medicine. Over the course of her distinguished 14-year career, she has garnered extensive experience practicing independently in various ambulatory settings. Her leadership acumen is demonstrated by her prior service as a Clinical Medical Director and Physician at an outpatient family medicine/internal medicine hospital-based group practice, where she focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
